About Us - Training Policy

The Company pledges to actively ensure that every person in the business has the skills and knowledge to carry out their role within the business, and to encourage individuals to fulfil their potential, and thereby ensuring that the Company achieves its goals with regard to quality growth and profitability.

Each employee will be encouraged to achieve their own personal career development, and in consultation with their manager, be offered the opportunities for the training necessary to realise their goals.

The Company will provide from time to time training sessions in order to update the individuals with current information and practices necessary to maintain and improve their skill and knowledge relevant to the work carried out.

All operational staff will be required to hold accreditation in accordance with current gas safety regulations, and the ozone depleting substances regulations, and will be offered the necessary training required to maintain that position. Copies of current Corgi Registrations and ACS Accreditations will be held on file.

All incoming apprentices will be required to attend Day Release College for the required period in order to obtain full qualifications as required. Regular in-house interviews will be held to ascertain candidates’ progress.
