We operate three levels of service contract, Standard, Elite and Premier, all representing good value for money whilst giving you peace of mind.

Definitions:

1.1. Boiler & Controls

The central heating boiler or warm air unit, together with the pump, time and temperature controls (excluding cylinder thermostat and thermostatic radiator valves). In the case of warm air any integral circulator providing domestic hot water is included. In the case of an unvented hot water storage system, the hot water pressure and temperature controls are not included.

1.2. Boiler Only

The central heating boiler or warm air unit. In the case of a warm air unit, any integral circulator providing domestic hot water is included.

1.3. Safety Check

At the same time as the annual visit, our service engineer will check the safe operation of the gas appliance(s) serviced.

1.4. Annual Visit

A service engineer will inspect the central heating appliance(s) or other specified appliances once a year, cleaning and adjusting them as necessary.

1.5. Labour included

No charge will be made in respect of labour involved with regard to repairing any fault or emergency call-out. An extra charge will be made for any parts or materials used.

1.6. Labour and Parts Included

No additional charge will be made in respect of labour (including emergency call-out) or parts and materials in repairing any fault.

Not covered by a service contract? We at Gas Trading are able to offer you a full call out and repair facility.
